COBIT QUICKSTART IMPLEMENTATION

The CobiT QuickStart ImplementationT is designed to provide a two-week fast path introduction of CobiT in your organization. This service offering was created to address the frustration a number of clients expressed in implementing CobiT in their companies.

While the CobiT framework and guidelines are well defined. a step-by-step tactical method to implement CobiT doesn't exist. The goal of the CobiT QuickStart ImplementationT is to jumpstart your implementation and put the planning, tools, and framework in place to turn the implementation over to your team.

A senior advisor will work with your organization to define a project schedule and implementation team. A project framework will be put in place to drive the project to completion. Tools developed by Security Workplace will be shared with team members to accelerate project delivery.

An orientation session will be held with your executive team to familiarize them with the CobiT framework and demonstrate the value of implementing CobiT within your organization.

Your implementation team will be trained to audit control objectives to the CobiT Audit Guidelines. The team will also be trained to perform a maturity level gap analysis, and to set: critical success factors; key goal indicators; and key performance indicators to CobiT's Management Guidelines.

Security Workplace will install CobiT Audit Advisor and CobiT Management Advisor software. Your implementation manager will be trained to use this software to manage the ongoing implementation and generate progress reports.
