Return Policy
**Product shipped incorrectly MUST BE RETURNED within 30 days of receipt. Shipping costs both ways paid by Vendor.
**After 30 days. Any product incorrectly ordered. Customer pays for return of merchandise and for delivery of correct merchandise.
**For damaged or defective parts. There is a one year manufacturer’s warranty. Within 30 days Vendor will pay to have the products returned and tested. If product tests non-defective or damaged by human error then customer pays all shipping costs for return to Vendor and back. After 30 days customer must pay to have items sent back for testing. If defective, Vendor will return at our cost. If not customer pays all shipping costs.
Unless otherwise arranged all international orders, must be prepaid, prior to shipping
If the item was damaged in transit:
If you take delivery of a package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange.
You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this will be needed should there be a fault. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, you may find it quicker and easier to contact the manufacturer directly so that they can rectify the problem for you.
**Before you can return a product, you must complete an RMA form and an RMA number must be issued.

THERE IS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE FOR PRODUCT RETURNED THAT HAS BEEN OPENED AND IS OPERATIONAL, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. THERE IS A 15% RESTOCKING FEE FOR PRODUCT RETURNED THAT IS UNOPENED AND IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
